A global leader in the life sciences industry is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of customized cell culture media solutions. The Verviers site plays a critical role in advancing innovation and excellence in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. With a focus on operational precision and client satisfaction, the team drives successful execution of complex projects that serve global healthcare needs.

This role sits within the Program Management (PM) team, a service-oriented function responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer projects. The PM team manages both new product introductions and existing commercial products, working in close alignment with internal stakeholders in Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between the customer and internal functions, ensuring that all project deliverables are met in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will serve as the customer’s advocate on-site, taking ownership of communication, execution, and issue resolution across multiple departments.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term potential for professionals who thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about ensuring project success in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer projects, ensuring expectations are met from initiation to delivery
• Represent and advocate for customer interests internally, maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction
• Oversee the execution of project milestones in accordance with defined quality, cost, and delivery timelines
• Manage all project-related communication with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Quality)
• Maintain full awareness of all contractual obligations, including development and quality agreements
• Operate within the established PM framework and adhere to standard work processes and training protocols
• Provide accurate demand forecasting via the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process
• Utilize various digital systems for project coordination, including ERP, SFDC, TrackWise, DMS, Planview, and SharePoint

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a customer-facing project management or program execution role, preferably within life sciences or biomanufacturing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong service mindset
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across internal teams
• Proficiency with digital systems and platforms to manage data and communication flows
• Fluency in both English and French is required
• On-site presence is mandatory; this role is not open to remote work
