Scope

Manage the delivery of customer broadcast systems in line with requirements, business needs and conform to EVS project management standards and processes.

Job Description

• Assist during the pre-sale phase
• Define the scope and objectives
• Budgetary estimations and follow up
• Define and monitor project plan timeframes
• Liaise and connect with relevant project stakeholders: customers, providers, subcontractors, third parties, and internal colleagues
• Clear and comprehensive reporting to the key stakeholders on time
• Define project purchasing needs and work with EVS’ Procurement department
• Organize and actively participate in the development, validation, installation, and acceptance of the customer solution at the factory and at the customers’ site
• Provide expertise and/or onsite support to the client during the implementation phase: testing, advice, consultation, workflow follow-up…
• Ensure the go-live as well as the right operational readiness level
• Coordinate activities during the start-up phase and organize hand-over to support the organization

Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in the Broadcast area or Project Management

• Organized, achieve high-quality deliveries, result-oriented
• Team player, willing to share with peers
• Context switching, able to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• High-stress resistance; do not give up in crises; do not lose control under pressure
• Technology minded

The following experiences are not mandatory and will be considered an asset :

• Certifications: PM Practice such as PMP, Prince, or ITIL
• Experience in an international environment
• Proven experience in technical deployment or technology projects
• Available for potential travel
• Customer Management experience

Languages :

• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
