工作内容

As part of the core team, you play a crucial role in further building/scaling-up the company.
Leading a highly driven international engineering team
Setting up an innovative way of working with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, by thinking beyond outside of the box
Managing EPC projects for chemical heat transformers, from technical & commercial proposals to start-up and performance run
Taking responsibility for ISBL engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, start-up, and successful handover
Showing excellent relationship management of the internal and external engineering team, suppliers, partners, and the customers
Working with contemporary tools such as COMOS, Aspen Plus, and EDR, Autocad, and SAP/Mariprojects
You embody the DNA of the company: innovation, responsibility, empowerment, and impact

Experience of 10 years in the engineering of chemical projects
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical industry
Act as a leader, a manager, and a coach who loves to share knowledge and help people to grow
Entrepreneurial mindset (focus, set and adapt priorities, move fast, embrace the change, be flexible)
In-depth knowledge of project management; good negotiation and networking skills
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
