Project Manager Product

Your Responsibilities

Actively participate in projects for critical issues and provide support by:
  • Collecting data and performing first analysis of the data (statistics , OE tools)
  • Ensuring a close follow-up of the defined actions and reporting the progress status
  • Being able to lead a limited “Investigation Team” ( limited timeframe and interfaces )
  • Life cycle project (= introduction of technical changes for the existing vaccines)
  • For a given technical change, provide support to the PP team by timely ensuring the preparation of high quality document.
  • Ensuring a close follow-up of the defined actions and reporting the progress status to the LCTT leader
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the data
  • Act as Production Representative: SOP writer and Trainer Being in the floor to accompany change
Project Management
  • Determine milestones with Product and Process and Production team
  • Ensure quality and the timely milestones
  • Assure adequate reporting
  • Proactively manage risks and issues
  • Find adequate solutions
Why you?

Basic Qualifications
  • University degree in sciences
  • Knowledge of Validation
  • Knowledge of Change control management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain activities (production, QC, QA) in a global environment.
  • GMP knowledge
  • Knowledge of regulatory
  • Fluent in French and good knowledge in English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Analytical and project solving skills
  • Respectful, team player and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
  • Knowledge of GSK bioprocesses
  • Proven experience in Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Li-GSK
