Welcome to our marketing team!

Our commercial tribe is a sympathetic bunch of diverse personalities: from enthusiastic chatterboxes with their hearts on their sleeve to still waters with deep grounds, and all the fine nuances in between. Our tribe consists of seven different teams, all working together to define and execute Telenet’s commercial roadmap. From the conception of Customer Value Propositions, to the elaboration of small to large (digital) campaigns. We work in our own Telenet way, which means you will work in a team with many other areas of expertise in our company. Together with your team members, you deliver different projects as autonomously as possible.

Your tasks as a Promo Manager

At Telenet, one of the ways we recruit customers is by offering different promos that match our commercial roadmap and the needs of our existing customers. As Promo Manager,you are the link between the needs of the business on the one hand, and the implementation of the promos in our IT systems on the other.

• You work with the Go to Marketeers and translate their promo needs into business requirements.

• You push the business requirements towards IT and then follow up on the whole promo creation process.

• You manage all existing and new promos marketed by Telenet and are the owner of the forum where the promos are discussed. There is one point of contact for the promos; that’s you!

• You are the point of contact for all promo questions for Finance, Legal, IT and Go to Market, among others.

• You keep an eye on the deadlines and challenge the parties involved if necessary to meet these.

• You do all of this within Telenet both for all Residential and Entertainment products.

• You are responsible for promo catalog management.

And you go even further than that...

From your expertise, you also look at how we can further optimize promo management. How can we allocate promos in a much more focused and targeted way to specific customers? You use your analytical background to achieve this, combined with business experience to get the right promo to the right customers? You also make impact analyses and investigate what impact internal and external factors have on existing promos and make a recommendation towards the business.

Our ideal Promo Manager ...

... is an ambitious, inquisitive networker who meticulously follows up on all promos for campaigns and projects and delivers strong results. You like to be in control and don’t drop control easily. This job involves data, statistics and reports, but you don’t shy away from them. You use this data to improve your results.

• You have at least five years of relevant experience, for example in GTM management, product management or as a business analyst.

• You work well with IT colleagues and know how to build a bridge between business and IT.

• You dare to challenge your colleagues on the choices they make.

• You effortlessly put yourself in the shoes of your target audience and understand their needs.

• You speak and write Dutch or French and English fluently.

• Ideally, you have a master’s degree in applied economics, business economics or an MBA, but equivalent experience can also convince us.
