Description of the function
  • You are the main point of contact for your clients (from kick-off to completion)
  • You are responsible for the attraction strategy of candidates for your projects
  • You coordinate with recruiters to keep your projects on track within deadlines
  • You monitor in the selection process (screening CVs, presenting candidates to clients)
  • You create reports at the end of your projects, and follow-up with your clients
  • Most importantly, you adapt to clients’ and projects’ needs, being creative in finding solutions when needed.

Profile description
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Fluent in German OR French and English - perfect knowledge required
  • 2 years (including internships) B2B experience, preferably in HR/recruitment environment
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team environment
  • Attention to details in all aspects of your work
  • Flexibility and creative thinking
  • Motivated to work in a small structure for big clients
