Experience And Education

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

A Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 3 years of post-related experience. Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by at least 10 years’ experience
Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment, in the project manager role
Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks such as RUP/ OUP, DSDM, Lean, Kanban, and in hybrid agile
Software experience with JIRA and ideally ServiceNow (the agency Project Management tool)
Ideally, knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence and Analytics (OBIA), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and BI implementations in general
Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service
Able to work independently, excellent personal organisation and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation
Experience in the use of agile tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery
Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment with remote teams

Duties/Role

Managing the end-to-end delivery of BIaR deliverables, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope
Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders
Agreeing approach to delivery within the delivery project team
Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate in Scrum / Agile
Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team
Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues
Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement
Ensuring the decisions made on project approach are documented
Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers
Providing progress updates into the department programme
Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties
Support the Service Owner(s) for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers
