Job Description

As a Project Owner Mobility Solutions you are responsible for

• Agile planning of software development projects in collaboration with development team
• Building technical expertise within Macq’s Mobility Solutions Product Portfolio.
• So you are able to manage the GAP analysis (delta between client specs and the available product) for the project or to provide technical (presales) assistance to the sales department for tenders and bids
• Define and follow-up project tasks to be carried out (Jira)
• Communication (SPOC) with customer for all management, technical, architectural,… meeting. Be able to explain a technical solution to the Client.
• Keeping track of the overall planning of the projects and make it fit with the product development
• Discuss the schedule on a weekly basis
• Provide feedback to general management and the project management office
• Define budgets and follow up on the invoicing of projects
• Report to the team through daily stand up

Profile Description

Why you are the Project Owner Mobility Solutions we are looking for:

• Have a Master’s degree in a technical field (IT is better) or management field with great interest in IT projects
• Have an interest to management of project
• Have the ability to put the accomplishment of the company before its own project – Be able to understand what are the Macq’s priorities
• Have an ability to communicate with different teams/department to facilitate the project
• Have experience and a successful track record in custom software or product development
• Have excellent Organizational skills
• Be autonomous and able to know its own limits
• Have the ability to report clearly to management a status of a project (planning, invoices,…)
• Understand IT architectures and a large problem-solving capacity
• Have an experience with Agile Project Development (SCRUM)
• Are fluent in English and capable to follow technical meeting in Dutch with the Client (able to understand a Dutch Client and answer in its own languages –Dutch is a plus)
• Have an experience with the Atlassian tools (Jira, confluence, bitbucket…)
• Interest for programming languages (Scala, Golang, Angular, C, Golang, Java…) is a plus
• Interest for commonly used Opensource Software technologies (Mongodb, Kafka, Akka, Grafana…) is a plus
