Due to continued growth and expansion WiiPlan Project Solutions has an exciting opportunity available for two Project Planners based in Belgium who want to join an exciting high-profile Data Center construction project.

About Your Job

• Project Planning using Primavera P6
• Organise, drive & participate in interactive planning sessions as required
• Develop Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Validation (EPCMV) schedules as part of the overall project delivery
• Development of the Project Controls Systems specific to the Project:

o Set up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

o Set up Progress Measurement System (PMS)

o Develop the Schedule, S-Curves and Manpower Histograms

o Monitor scheduling to furnish realistic status information for overall project performance

o Analysing actual data against plans, identifying significant variances and/or trends

o Preparing forecasts of project cost at completion and project completion date

o Cost & Resource loading of programs (as required)

o Baseline the Schedule

o Implementing the Project Controls system

• Progress Measuring of all works, Direct & Sub-Contract
• Monitor labour man hours & analyse labour efficiencies
• Report Earned Value Management (EVM) for construction physical progress based on the work-in-place (quantities installed) determined against the work effort
• Systems Turnover Tracking
• Monitor delays & client notifications as required
• Monthly project reporting to Senior Management
• Integrate cost trending activities throughout the execution of the project communicating status and changes that are affecting the estimate

Who Wii Are Looking For

• Relevant BA and/or MA degree (e.g. Manufacturing-, Structural-, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management)
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant project planning experience in complex projects preferably within the engineering industry
• A thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, risk management and support of project objectives.
• Expert knowledge in Primavera P6 and preferably sound working experience with MS Project and MS Power BI
• Competence to coordinate/organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports
• Ability to manage multiple contracting disciplines
• Capability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment while pragmatically working to tight deadlines building and delivering high-speed solutions to Leads across the project
• Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced, maintaining independence as a Project Planner when advising on issues requiring judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop good working relationships with project teams
• Proficiency in English (speaking & writing)
• A flexible approach to work, possession of full driving license as well as access to a vehicle;
• Authorised to live and work in EU
