MyNextCompany is currently looking for a QA consultant for one if its clients based in Namur.

Our client, via its 8 poles, will ensure a certain number of activities for the benefit of various departments: operation of systems and solutions, management and coordination of development and maintenance of computer applications, provision of IT services, management different service providers in the context of various markets, etc....

Within the SME Pole, there is a Solutions Quality Support Center. This center has as missions main of:

• Develop a transversal quality approach (verification and validation) at the level of the organization IT developments
• Manage quality on the basis of user feedback and information to define and / or adapt reference documents
• Assist the profession in the various tests coordination procedures ranging from support to operational implementation
• Develop a community of practice around the quality of IT solutions.

They are increasingly turning to Agile methodologies. This change requires a review of the overall quality strategy as well as the associated processes. The Support Center "Quality of solutions" therefore wishes to develop its skills and capacities by using a Quality expert with proven experience in the implementation of a Quality strategy in a Agile development mode.

Mission / Activities

• Participate in the definition and development of an Agile and quality approach to developments
• Revision of the internal process mapping specific
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes both at the organizational level and functional with the aim of rationalizing / simplifying the resulting activities.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of methods focused on Quality and Agility of developments within the various divisions
• Contribute to the various development and / or maintenance projects as quality advisor this implies ad hoc quality checks (QA / QC), proposals for improvements, active support for the definition of action plans as well as their follow-up.
• Define recommendations and requirements Ensure their understanding and application
• Collaborate in internal reviews / audits Profile Generalist expert in quality methodology, able to support the transition of the organization towards a progressively Agile approach to development, while maintaining quality.
  

Expected Skills Level / Experience

• Very good knowledge of the activities of a IT department
• Experience in setting up an approach of global quality management
• Experience in defining and monitoring actions corrective as part of a process continuous improvement (Pdca)
• Good knowledge of the standards associated with IT field (COBIT, ITIL, PMBOK, ISO,...).
• Experience in Lean and / or Six Sigma or related methodology.
• Experience in raising awareness of different stakeholders for the implementation application of development practices "Agile".
• Knowledge of dedicated methods and tools in testing (Jira is a plus).
• Experience in structuring, writing and implementing a plan quality.
• Experience in modeling and process approach.
• Experience in identifying, analyzing and monitoring Kgi / KPI.
• Intermediate process audit and review experience.
