QA Specialist, Pharma

In this role you will…

The job holder is member of the Quality team within GSK Pharmaceuticals BeNeLux. She/he will support the BeNeLux Quality operational activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet GSK compliance standards and local Regulator requirements.

• Support the Quality team with the development and maintenance of procedures and work instructions as appropriate.
• Support internal audits and inspection readiness, participate in corporate audits and Authorities’ inspections.
• Support to incident management, Deviations, CAPA and Change Control implementation.
• Support in preparing, reviews of KPI-reporting and complaints trending.
• Support Quality improvement and QMS implementation in the BeNeLux.
• Management of Quality Agreements with GSK sites and external suppliers.
• Evaluate product quality complaints including contact with GSK customers where required. Manage complaint samples. Follow-up and review complaint investigations performed by manufacturing sites and interaction with Pharmacovigilance department.
• Assist in local administrative release and management of products returns from the market.
• Act as Responsible Person deputy after a specific internal training.
• Interact with the Belgian Authority where required
  

This job opportunity is a permanent contract not opened for relocation.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills

• Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, veterinary, chemistry, Biology, bio-medical science.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare industries, preferably in the capacity of a Quality Manager or equivalent.
• Able to work effectively in Dutch, French and English (strong level of spoken and written skills in Dutch and French is a must
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System in Pharma industry.
  

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Good knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for medicinal product and Medical devices and related EU and Belgian regulation.
• Good team player – works well in cross-functional teams.
• Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods.
• Strong general computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel,
