We are looking for a QC Biologics Lab Manager who is a good communicator with strong leadership skills to join our team based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About the Role:

As the QC Biologics Lab Manager, you will oversee all UCB projects from phase III through the lifecycle of UCB Biological products. You will ensure the lab supports release and stability analyses, build product analytical knowledge among project teams, and represent the Braine QC Lab for all Biologics projects. Your role will also involve managing regulatory aspects, supporting worldwide market supplies, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the QC Biologics lab and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of release testing for worldwide market supplies.
• Represent the Braine QC Lab for all Biologics projects.
• Evaluate long-term resource needs and ensure analyses forecast.
• Apply the company’s Health and Safety policy within the laboratory.
• Coordinate QC Biologics laboratories to meet commercial needs.

• Master’s or Ph.D in a relevant field
• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French.
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
