R&D SCIENTIST – Molecular and Cellular Biology

To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for an R&D Scientist – Molecular and Cellular Biology.

You will work on innovative biopharmaceutical products under development (preclinical and clinical phases).

You will work in a team involved in Quality Assistance in-house analytical development projects

Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods based on a protocol for the characterisation and quality control of (bio)molecules.

Your mission

Working in a team involved inQuality Assistancein-house analytical development projects, you will:

• take up the technical, scientific and regulatory challenges of method development and participate in writing reports on experiments.

• be involved in the communication of scientific results via webinars and conferences.

You may also participate in projects outsourced by our clients.

Your profile

PhD or Master’s degree / Engineer with a specialisation in Biology or Biochemistry.

Required

• Relevant experience in methods development and validation with the following techniques:

  • Flow cytometry (FACS)

  • Elispot

  • PCR and/or ddPCR

• Very good communication skills both in French and English (writing scientific documents, reports, protocols, mails, phone conferences with clients and suppliers).

• Team player.

• Very good organisation skills and ability to manage priorities.

Plus

• Practical experience in Cell-based assays, Ligand binding assays (incl. multiplex assays)

• Knowledge of biological medicinal products (mAbs, ADCs, bispecific antibodies, cell-based medicinal products) and associated regulations (EMA and FDA).

• Cell therapy expertise is an asset
