Rainbow Office Field Sales Specialist

About the Role
The Cloud Communications Sales expert will play a key role in growing our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions with new and existing partners. Together with the Rainbow Office team, he/she will be responsible for onboarding and recruiting new channel partners, as well as engaging in local sales conversations where needed.

Responsibilities
  • Build interest for the Rainbow Office solutions across the existing partner landscape
  • Identify and recruit new partners in line with the Rainbow Office strategy
  • Work closely with local sales (KAM/VAM) and pre-sales on MLE opportunitites
  • Initiating and participating in events to increase awareness on the Rainbow Office Solution
  • Working together with the Rainbow Office team, you will be the single point of contact for Rainbow Office in your area
  • Delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and follow through sales cycle to close new business opportunities
  • Common Sales tasks, such as forecasting and reporting, sales matrix
  • Attend on regular sales trainings to expand product knowledge
  • Manage and follow up on internal sales leads, marketing campaigns

Qualifications
  • Education to degree level, preferable.
  • Experience in direct or strategic partnership development.
  • Minimum 5+ years sales experience within the telecommunication industry preferable hosted solutions, but less experience can be taken in consideration for the right candidate
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong C level relationships with partners.
  • Strong hunting skills with the confidence to secure high value partners.
  • "out-of-the-box" mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products and CRM systems like Salesforce is required
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must
