Key Responsibilities

  • Technical and functional check of new products, both hardware and software.
  • Ensure that everything meets the specified requirements and specifications.
  • Set up a test program based on the different phases of a product. For hardware: prototypes, pre-series and series. For software: beta and pre-release.
  • Collecting input for the test program and contributing ideas on how the tests can be carried out.
  • Actively providing feedback on the test results to the developers involved.
  • Actively and critically test existing products to further optimise and develop them.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience, with an affinity for software.
  • You have a keen interest in the Summa machines and how they work.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Quality and reliability are central to your testing processes.
  • You think outside the box and propose innovative testing methods.
  • You are able to think conceptually and make correlations between different systems.
  • You take initiative and make well targeted improvement proposals.
  • You are creative and solution-oriented in your approach.
  • You are hands-on and practical.
  • Experience is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important!

In addition, we have a flexible working schedule of an average of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday. You will join a R&D team of about 20 engineers who work together as a team.
