The upscale Pullman Brussels Centre Midi has a privileged location on site of the Brussels South railway station. This stylish and cosmopolitan 4 star hotel offers 237 rooms with superior facilities and a design Convention Center.

Your mission

  • Performs Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organisationalstructure defined by the Welcome Manager.
  • Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel’s different departments and various points of reception.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay. Ensures that guests receive a warm and personal welcome.
  • Promotes the hotel’s offer.
  • Helps meet the department’s quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
  • Assist the Welcome Manager and the team in their daily tasks.
  • Organises the welcomers for optimal effectiveness.
  • Motivates and drives the team to attain the department’s quantative targets
