In this new role you are responsible for various recruitment and selection processes of life science professionals. You will contribute in building the organisation and support the HR department where necessary. For this opportunity, you can work partially from home.

Job Description

• You determine requirements and qualification criteria in consultation with your colleagues for the open positions, you perform telephone screenings, reference checks and TEAMS and/ or in-depth competence-based selection interviews
• You will search, approach and select potential candidates for the open vacancies
• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of all new hires at the Eurofins PSS Belgium team
• You support on some administrative work regarding onboarding documents, invoicing, purchase orders and other HR tasks
• You work on a recruitment strategy by streamlining and organizing all recruitment data
• You build and maintain a good relationship with the candidates which aligns to the Eurofins PSS’ culture and employer branding

Qualifications

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree and affinity for the pharmaceutical sector
• Working experience as a search and selection professional
• You have good communications skills in English, French and Dutch
• Strong administrative skills
• Eager to learn and willing to work independently
