We are Oliver James, an international recruitment agency specialized in banking, finance, insurance and IT Sectors. We are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant. Are you motivated, looking for new opportunities and you like challenges? You ’re the person we’re looking for!

Role purpose

Your main objective will be to help our clients achieve their goals by following and supporting them during their recruitment process.

What will you concretely do as a Recruitment Consultant?

  • You follow the recruitment process from A to Z.
  • You will accompany and advise clients and candidates.
  • You will pre-select and interview candidates.
  • Helping both client and customer achieving their objectives with a consultancy approach.
  • You will analyse the market and proactively prospect to expand your market.

  • You speak French OR Dutch AND English.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree or you have outstanding skills.
