Gentis is a business consultancy specialising in recruitment!

We are based in Brussels and Antwerp, but we are expanding internationally (America, Africa, Asia and this is just the beginning).

To strengthen our team in Antwerp (Berchem) we are looking for new sales representatives/recruiters to join our team.

What do we expect of a future Gentiger?

  • Build up expertise in a specialised field (intensive one-week onboarding training and ongoing training)
  • To develop their own customer protection sheet in this specific market (Business development - hunting - prospecting - account management)
  • Headhunting candidates (talent acquisition)
  • Client and candidate meetings
  • Contract negotiation (client conditions or candidate offers)
  • Taking up references
  • Employer branding (Linkedin is your best friend)
  • Networking

As you will have realised, this is a sales position as a 360-degree recruiter (180 customers - 180 candidates).

You’ll be in charge of your recruitment process from A to Z. You will be responsible for the entire process, from the initial request from the candidate/client to the conclusion of a collaboration agreement between the two parties.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Ambitious, with a sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Fascinated by people, but above all with a COMMERCIAL mindset
  • Motivated by problem-solving: resilient and forward-looking
  • Business acumen and initiative: identify and exploit opportunities
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch AND English (B2 level minimum)

Experience in recruitment and/or sales is a BIG PLUS !
