Functieomschrijving Responsibilities

Payroll recruitment
  • Operational recruitment including all aspects of the full recruitment life cycle: analysis of the need and understanding of the profile, definition of skills and experience, drafting of the job offer, application management (ICIMS), interviews, contract negotiations.
  • Search and sourcing on LinkedIn and other databases
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients
  • Ensure regular reporting and trend analysis
  • Manage and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects such as Employer Branding, job fair presence, campus recruitment, personnel events
  • Actively participate in the induction process of new employees
  • Analyze, select and implement behavioural assessment tools
Consultant recruitment
  • Manage business consultancy requests: respond to managers’ requests via the ICIMS tool (our applicant-tracking software), transmit requests to agencies and act as an intermediary between the parties, schedule and participate in interviews, give feedback to the parties
  • Define the best way of working with the Hiring Managers and ICIMS tool.
  • Create strong and trustful relationships with the partner agencies in consultancy and act as a single point of contact
  • With the help of the business and the HR department, monitor the performance of the partners and, on a yearly basis, assess the satisfaction of the business regarding those partners
Profiel Qualifications
  • Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience as a recruiter (Asset: experience as an internal recruiter within a pharmaceutical SME)
  • Passionate about people and able to build qualitative and long-lasting relationships with people (candidates, external partners, hiring managers, HR colleagues)
  • Organized and punctual in order to keep up with a multitude of assignments, information, clients and processes;
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter account
  • Fluent in English and French

A priori, sous forme de consultance, mais un contrat fixe n’est pas exclu.
Aanbod Notre client propose une mission freelance de plusieurs mois. Le salaire est fonction de vos compétences et expériences.

La mission est prévue minimum pour 4 mois, temps plein.
