Job Description:

Agfa Radiology Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Requirements Engineer to join our R&D team. The main task of the role focuses on collecting and consolidating stakeholder requirements from various departments, including marketing, application, service, development, verification, and QARA, into comprehensive product requirements. The ideal candidate will also perform hands-on verification activities for our state-of-the-art software products and X-ray modality equipment to make this an efficient and combined role (requirements & verification).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, steer, collect and consolidate stakeholder requirements from multiple departments.
  • Develop future-proof product requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize the requirements collection process.
  • Generate test scripts based on requirements using AI tools.
  • Contribute to the verification activities for state-of-the-art software products and X-ray modality equipment (AI tools, automation, …)
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree / experienced professional bachelor.
  • Proven experience in requirements engineering and verification activities.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools for requirements collection and test script generation.
  • Proficiency in JIRA for project management and tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
