AZZARA is looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to join their team as a Recruitment and Training Manager.Job Title: Recruitment and Training Manager

Location: Headquarters in Zwevegem (West Flanders), Belgium
Context
AZZARA is a rapidly growing family-owned business specializing in the retail of cleaning products, personal care items, decorative articles, and seasonal products across 44 stores in Wallonia. This position is available due to a staff departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Draft and post compelling job offers.
- Source, pre-screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Coordinate the selection process and schedule interviews.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees.
- Training:
- Analyze training needs in consultation with managers.
- Design and organize tailored training programs.
- Skill Development:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external training providers.
- Develop and implement career development plans for employees.
- Monitor employee progress and propose additional training actions.
- Facilitate personal and professional development opportunities.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment and training databases.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and training activities for management.
- Ensure compliance of recruitment and training processes with current legislations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
- Mastery of training methods and tools.
- Project management skills and ability to analyze training needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Significant experience (3-5 years) in recruitment and/or training.
- Proficiency in HR software and computer tools.
- French: Native / Bilingual - C1 / C2
- Dutch: Proficient - B2
- Working Hours: Office hours.
- Team Composition: HR Assistant, Prevention Advisor, Recruitment Assistant.
- Reporting to: HR Director
