My client is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator/Analyst to provide support to the Sales Team and Business Analyst. You will be the point of reference for colleagues from all departments, by keeping schedules and providing feedback and performance tracking, documentation, and information.

Your key role as Sales Coordinator/Analyst, will be to facilitate effective communication between the Sales Representatives, and all internal departments, to ensure smooth integration of sales and field activities into the business. The role allows you to support the Sales department to reach their sales targets by effective handling of administrative tasks, analysing performance / dashboards and ensure the sharing and correct storage of information/documentation.

The Sales Coordinator/Analyst will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.

Your role:

Sales Team Coordination

· Centralize data and coordinate department activities and information flows.

· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

· Track and maintain an overview of Sales Field activities such as visits, calendar, reports, deadlines and summarise for management reports.

· Assist the preparation of Sales Field activities such as meeting preparation and scheduling.

· Manage budgets for expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel.

· Maintain an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items, and product samples, and distribute them accordingly to Field Sales.

· Be responsible for feeding questions from Field Sales, regarding production, product specification, marketing materials, to the relevant department and ensuring a response.

Data processing and consolidation

· In charge of daily, weekly and monthly data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the sales data and KPIs and deliver to users.

· Support Customer Service team with analysis of Backorders, Prebook, Customer Analysis.

· Back-up of key functions for the Commercial Controller (Business Analyst).

· Provide ad hoc support to International Sales Manager and Sales Managers.

Your profile:

· Very good knowledge of Excel, Access, Power BI for analysis

· Strong analytical and reporting skills who likes handling data

· A born coordinator! Who thrives on tracking and maintaining a clear overview of activities

· Flexible to work in an SME environment within an International Business

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong deadline management

· A strong team player is crucial for open and positive contact throughout the business (sometimes you need to knock on doors and be politely insistent!). Equally being able to follow procedures autonomously and without constant supervision is important

· Would suit someone who is outgoing and forthcoming

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as Sales Assistant or Junior Analyst

· Fluent English & French
