Main tasks

As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Global Sales Team and provide information to our customers regarding contract and delivery planning. You will work on the a to z customer administration in an international environment.

Your responsibilities:
  • You are the contact point of our customers for all administrative tasks, including draft and follow up of the contracts and contract execution, document pricing, credit insurance administration, payments, tracking sales agreements, document pricing levels etc.
  • You will align customer forecast with internal departments like planning and logistics, and provide information to the Key Account managers and the customers.
  • You will Provide monthly updates on execution planning in collaboration with logistics team and procurement.
  • You are responsible for registering and following up all activities in the ERP system.
  • You support for the Key Account Managers by filling in customer files, certificate registration and organising internal meetings & customer visits.

Master we are looking for ? Master recherché
  • You have 2 years of experience in a commercial & international environment.
  • You are fluent in English. Good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP is a plus (SAP or JDE)
