Your tasks

  • office support for our sales managers
  • Follow-up of tenders and offers
  • Support with day-to-day tasks
  • sales indicators

YOUR PROFILE

  • +2 years of working experience
  • motivation to work in a technical and commercial environment
  • command of French, Flemish and a good level of English
  • Good software skills (regular use of MS-Excel, Word/PowerPoint, CRM-Dynamics)
  • autonomous, attentive to detail and deadlines, proactive - resourceful
  • Results-oriented
  • organisational and communication skills
  • working in a laboratory and/or taking environmental samples would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
  • Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
  • Lead client correspondence
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excell knowledgeis key
