SALES CONSULTANT - Job

  • You are responsible for building your network - both for Clients and Candidates, which means you are in contact with CEO’s and Managers on a daily basis
  • You are a 360 ° recruiter - you take care of whole recruitment process - you search the best candidates, interview them and present to your clients, and your goal is to make a placement and thanks to that grow in your personal development
  • You negotiate Terms and Conditions with your Clients which give you an opportunity to improve your negotiating and selling skills and also earn better commissions

SALES CONSULTANT - Profile

  • You are a hard-worker, you want tolearn and you are not afraid of challenges
  • You had your first sales experience - but it’s not obligatory - we will teach you everything you need to become a sales person
  • You speak English fluently, Dutch or French is an advantage

  • We are offering unlimited commissions, which are an addition to your base salary of 30.000€ - work hard and for each placement receive additional amount of money to enjoy, spend or save
