About Our ClientMy client is a Belgian company manufacturing, selling and consulting with specialists of the building sector in Belgium, France and UK for concrete with technical & architectural applications in residential & offices building projects.Thanks to their reputation they enjoy a comfortable position on the market, being solicited by architects and study offices across Europe for specific and/or prestige projects.This allows them to select the projects bringing the biggest added value, technical challenge and aesthetic qualities to demonstrate the whole range of their expertise.As the company grows, the current sales director wishes to be able to focus on more strategic matters. He is now recruiting for his "right arm" to take over field interactions with architects, study offices and entrepreneurs.Job DescriptionAs Sales Manager Belgium you are responsible for :



  • Taking over ongoing projects making sure to provide the right support and advises throughout all phases of the project
  • Establishing yourself as new point of contact with the architects, design offices, study offices, enterprises générales & entrepreneurs of the company’s network.
  • Collaborating with the direction to maintain the ongoing success trend of the company and have long-term perspectives
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have :



  • Min 5 years of technical sales experience in the building industry
  • Experience dealing with both ends of the sales cycle : from presctiptors to end users
  • Fluent in Dutch is mandatory, any other language is nice to have
  • Ability to work with a project sales approach : focusing on long-term relationships, qualitative support to customer and technical advise
