Ush is a driverless vehicles provider. We partner with leading companies in the autonomous and remote controlled sector to operate services(ex: carsharing, rental and replacement vehicles) in Belgium.

Here’s what you’ll be doing: ????

• Lead the sales process for important clients.
• Improve our inbound sales process so we can stay organized and grow easily.
• Set up the right tools and dashboards to track and improve important sales KPI’s. This way, we can make data-driven decisions.
• Look for opportunities “outside of the box” and help position our company strategically in the AV sector in Belgium.

About you: ????

We’re looking for a sales superstar who can help us build our sales processes from scratch.

• “The Owner not renter“ mentality - you’re all about pushing yourself and Ush to be the best, no matter what.
• Fully proficient in Dutch and English are a must, French is a plus.
• You have a structured approach, and you’ll love solving problems with data. You’re super organized, an amazing project manager, and you always keep a detailed record of everything you do(using Notion or dedicated CRM).
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience and a successful track record in a high-growth environment working in a new sector.
• Extremely curious, hardworking, and always eager to learn and get feedback.
