    qualifications

    key experience and competences:

    • at least 5 years of commercial and professional experience from sales and bid management
    • at least 5 years experience from complex projects within the governmental or defence/nato environment
    • strong track record of driving business development in complex organizations with demanding clients
    • proven ability to manage sales pipelines, plan and conduct contract negotiations
    • ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers
    • advantage with advisory and solutions experience from in the field of it, ip architecture, cloud or communications infrastructure
    • ability to work in a team and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
    • able to hold national and or nato secret security clearance

    key responsibilities

    you will be responsible for developing the commercial potential in various complex contracts and projects. you will be part of a strong international team working with high standards in a demanding environment.


    • campaign manager for large and mid-sized bids and contracts
    • point of commercial contact towards nato and other governmental relations
    • develop sales strategies for various campaigns that meets and exceeds client demands
    • bring sufficient guidance of new opportunities and potential in existing programs
    • achieve estimated and agreed budget targets and new business opportunities
    • develop fruitful relations with end-users and on management-levels
    • secure stakeholder management, both internal and external, technical and commercial
    • monitor and report on progress in accordance with business needs
    • assure quality in all written output for a customer case that meets customer requirements
    • prepare vetting packages together with team or bid manager
    • report to head of sales or team lead on weekly basis regarding ongoing bids or proposals
