A leading Belgian company based in East of Antwerp, active in building materials is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager - International B2B to develop the sales strategy and manage the sales team for their global market.

The role is expected to increase the profitability of the business with the designated distributors, agent and key accounts across the world. Based in the East of Antwerp and reporting to the General Manager, the new Sales & Marketing Manager - International B2B will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and developing directly the existing distributors in 20+ countries spread worldwide;
  • Managing a team of Key Account Managers in charge of our industrial parts’ business (OEM), for international corporate companies;
  • Manage the marketing, support and sales administration teams
  • Defining and defending ambitious annual objectives for your distributors and ways to reach it
  • Together with the Business Development Manager, you challenge the new or low performing importers
  • Working closely with the Product Development Manager with relevant input from the markets in offer the ideal products’ portfolio
  • Working closely with the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to implement a strong S&OP process to increase supply flows and profitability

The Sales & Marketing Manager - International B2B is required to have a master’s degree ideally in business, marketing or management with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a commercial role in the building materials or the building equipment industry. As the Head of Sales & Marketing, a strong command of Dutch, French, English and German are required to be able to develop strong commercial relationship with your client across the world.
