Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in our stores, providing exceptional service, and contributing to our sales goals. This position requires working physically in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their furniture and home décor needs.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Turkish, English, and French (Dutch would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work part-time or full-time.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
