Job Description

As Sample management support employee, you will support the reference materials process for planning, documentation (CoA, eLIMS, ELN, protocol, weighing preparation, distribution, …), internal transport of samples and sample labeling.

You will foresee general support concerning internal and external orders of reference standards that enters via web, mail or request form. Including:

• Mail communication
• Checking whether customers need to pay
• Selection of the vial
• Printing of the labels
• Put on the weighing list

You will also be responsible for the administrative support of information after shipment.

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor degree in Office Management (or equivalent)
• A first relevant administrative experience is an asset, not mandatory
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel skills), computer savvy, able to learn to work with different tools & systems
• Knowledge of Client’s tools is an asset (eLIMS, TruVault,…)
• Customer focus and a sense of urgency
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an asset)
• Strong interest to work in pharmaceutical environment
• Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach, willing to take ownership
