As an SAP Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in the As an SAP Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in the fascinating SAP implementation journey at Renson. Your responsibilities extend to seamlessly guiding the transition from AS400 to SAP for the MM and PP modules, contributing not only to further efficiency improvements but also enhancing Renson’s future resilience.

By identifying innovative solutions and developing best practices, you actively shape a streamlined development process within SAP and act as a bridge between technical aspects and operational business needs. Your contribution to customization and configuration in SAP S/4HANA is crucial for an efficient development process and for facilitating the growth and developmentof SAP within Renson and Renson itself.

Tasks and responsibilities

As an SAP Business Analyst, you are essential for the smooth progress of the SAP implementation project. By gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into SAP configurations, you serve as a crucial link between users and technical teams.

With in-depth knowledge of the MM/PP modules, you design and implement effective solutions, actively sharing your expertise. You play a crucial role in the success of the digital transformation at Renson.

Tasks:

• Transferring AS400 legacy software to SAP, with a focus on the MM/PP modules.
• Translating business needs into SAP functionalities and ensuring uniformity in business processes.
• Providing support to live sites and being involved in continuous improvements and optimization.
• Coordinating smaller sites (in Italy), taking over the role of the current consultants.
• Being involved in the entire software development life cycle, including blueprinting, design, process modeling, configuration, development, testing, documentation, up to go-live and support.
• Sharing best practices with colleagues.

Profile

• You have a master’s degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• You have more than 3 years of experience in one or more SAP supply chain/production modules: PP/MM, MRP, VC, DS, QM, WMS, TM.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different disciplines.
• You prefer project-oriented work and have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a significant advantage.
• You enjoy learning more about other business processes and SAP modules.
