We are looking for a freelance SAP Managerfor a mission in Brussels (remote option is also possible).

Description of the function

To manage strategic and/or cross-functional projects independently
Define the project, establish the business case and the schedule, define the structure and the governance rules and document all this.
Execute projects: ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the pre-defined quality.
Report regularly to stakeholders on activities, use of resources and results achieved.
Compose, manag
e and organise the project team according to priorities. Make good use of the expertise of employees and let them develop.
Maintain your knowledge and expertise and share it with other project managers, provide advice and support to other project managers in order to strengthen the role and credibility of project managers in delivering high quality services.

Profile description

You have proven experience as a Project Manager in the services sector.
You have an active knowledge of project management methodologies (PM BoK, Prince II or others)
You have knowledge of Payroll and SAP HCM.
You are able to express yourself professionally in Dutch, French and English.
Experience in implementing HR solutions and applications is a plus.
You are a hands-on partner for internal and external customers.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
