CXG is an agency specialized in customer experience evaluation of luxury brands.

We help premium and luxury brands transform experiences for meaningful impact.

CXG is now present in 70 countries around the world, we help luxury and luxury brands improve the experiences they offer in their points of sale (physically and digitally).

We work with more than 200 premium and luxury brands.

Your role?

About

If you are passionate about the world of luxury, the multi-channel experience, and like to give your opinion on customer service about the shops in and around your city our missions are for you. The tasks of an evaluator are:

Perform visits (in-store, virtually, by phone, etc.)

Evaluate the customer experience process

Share a feedback of your experience (through a questionnaire)

The missions we offer be half of the sectors of luxury, fashion, cosmetics, watchmaking and jewelry and car industry. These missions are ad hoc, remunerated and can be carried out in addition to a full-time and part-time activity. Remuneration depends on the mission.
