A Senior Accountant is required to join a fast-paced retail company’s Accounting & Finance department, located in Wavre. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong accounting skill set combined with proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.

Description

Preparation of the monthly closing

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (Blackline)

Ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures

Meeting deadlines for financial reporting (HFM)

Preparation and follow-up of forecasts and budgets

Profile

A bachelor’s degree in accountancy

At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial auditing

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Fluent command of Dutch and good communication skills in English

Good knowledge of IT applications, especially Excel
