Roles & Responsibilities

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a driven (Senior) Advisor:

• You have knowledge of a risk organization and it’ s three lines of defense and you know your way around Governance Risk & Compliance topics including tooling.
• You will assist clients in setting up monitoring processes & tools (such as SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC, …).
• You will assist clients with remaining in control of the security and compliance in their complex IT landscape.
• You will understand GRC related client issues across different sectors.
• You will build and manage excellent client relationships across a range of clients.
• You will develop an internal network and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across KPMG.
• You will coach and train team members to grow the GRC knowledgebase of the team.
• You demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Having hands-on experience in setting up Role Based Security concepts in SAP/Microsoft or setting up SAP GRC/ServiceNow GRC is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• You have a Master degree (or Bachelor and equivalent by experience).
• You have minimum 2 years of experience in any of the following areas: IT audit, security design/re-design, GRC implementation, Operational Risk Management.
• You stay informed about new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
• You quickly understand the client environment and identify client business requirements.
• You are a functional, analytical, team-player, proactive, highly committed and have a problem-solving mindset.
• You work independently as well as in project teams and you take ownership and responsibility.
• You hold one or more relevant certificates in the area of Internal Control, Security and related technologies (or can clearly demonstrate the equivalent working experience).
• Having knowledge and/or multiple certifications in GRC tooling (SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC) and experience in environments like SAP/Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch/French.
