Senior CDD Analyst

Our CDD team has doubled over the last 2 years so we are looking for a Senior CDD analyst which can support this growth.

THE ROLE

At LYNX, we want to ensure that our clients can invest in a good and safe manner. In order to do this, it is important to screen our clients for financial crimes such as money laundering, corruption, fraud and financing of terrorism.

We are looking for an experienced professional who will

• Help the team with first checks from A-Z (checking all supplied documents, doing additional research, writing conclusions, escalating uncooperative clients or AML hits to compliance.) when there is a sudden increase in work load.
• Double check the medium and high risk files and provide support and feedback about the quality of the onboarding and periodic review of our clients.
• Perform corporate account checks.
• Support the team lead with coaching and onboarding new hires in the team.
• Create new manuals and procedures when needed.
• Cooperate with other department(s), such as Transaction Monitoring, Service and Compliance on specific cases and project.

THIS IS YOU

You have at least 3 years experience with CDD Analyses, preferably supplemented by recognized certificates in the field (such as CAMS).

Coaching colleagues and helping them to grow is something you enjoy.

You absorb and process new information easily and can help to structure work load when it suddenly increases.

You do not take everything for granted and can ask critical questions

You can easily communicate in Dutch and French and have a basic knowledge in English.
