Experience And Education

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM, EC2, ALB, Cloudfront, Cloudformation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Proficiency in managing and securing VPC networks, firewalls, and access control
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus)

Duties/Role

Administer, configure, and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC
Provide Level 2/3 support for AWS-related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner
Provision and maintain virtual machines, storage, and databases on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance
Manage and optimize AWS networking components like VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, and Direct Connect
Automate the deployment and management of AWS resources using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools
Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling
Perform other duties, as may be required
