DESCRIPTION


The Transversal services department, within the IT management, is seeking an IT Program Manager.

Within AXA Belgium, the Transversal Services department is responsible for the daily management, security, technical and functional evolution of the transversal systems and applications. As part of this effort, we are seeking a Project Manager who will be in charge of transversal projects that can be both highly technical and functional in nature.



Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Actively structuring and organising a project that affects the organisation’s IT systems and applications. You define the scope of your project with the help of the different stakeholders of your project.
  • Because they are transversal systems, you also directly or indirectly manage the impact on the users of these solutions.
  • You determine the planning of the project, the budget, and the allocation of resources.
  • You build a project team.
  • You organise all aspects of the project and you validate them so that they meet the requirements of the organisation, the working methods, and the quality standards.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the budget and the correct use of resources.
  • You keep the overview of the project, report and communicate the progress to the various stakeholders concerning the scope, budget, planning and quality.
  • You build a change and communication plan for both the internal project stakeholders and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS


Your Skills and Experience:

  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management. You have worked in an Agile organisation.
  • You have a very good overview of the different technological components within IT. You have experience in leading technology projects.
  • You have experience in leading functional projects.
  • Knowledge of one of the two national languages and knowledge of English (knowledge of the second national language is an important asset)
