Join us in driving progress inthe working world and beyond.Your journey with usOur Valuation & Modelling team is currently looking for a (Senior) Manager to join us.Sharing your expertise with about 20 other colleagues in the Valuation & Modelling team, you will focus on various valuation and business modelling issues.Effective models are fundamental to any decision making process. In a continuously evolving business environment where organisations need to make smart, quick and well-informed decisions based on quality analysis, we help break down complex business problems and provide key insights into business drivers and scenario analysis presented elegantly to enhance stakeholder presentation. Our models are developed to be robust, flexible and transparent.Our dedicated Business Modelling team creates solutions, not spreadsheets, to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.Through adopting best practice techniques, using quantitative analysis, sound logic and drawing on the wider capabilities of our firm, we advise clients in areas such as:- Business planning and forecasting
- Contract and product pricing and negotiations
- Feasibility and strategic option analysis
- Project finance
- Capital planning
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Complex valuations
- Working capital, cash flow management and fund raising
- Corporate & financial restructuring
- Carve out & divestment incl. joint-ventures/alliances
- Take the lead in the design, development and review of financial modelling and analytics solutions for a range of client sectors and industries.
- Support clients throughout the decision-making processes, using outstanding technical and commercial skills on strategic and transactional projects.
- Support business development initiatives and activities.
- Coach junior team members and lead projects independently within a supporting team environment.
- Be expected to bring more to the table and be innovative in developing client solutions as well as driving the business modelling strategy forward.
- Actively promote knowledge sharing.
- A passion for financial modelling,
- 4 to 8 years of experience working in financial modelling, financial analysis, corporate planning or similar - this is provided as a guide only, please don’t let it limit you, if you feel you have something to add to our team with regard to model building (all aspect of financial statements) and reviews,
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
- Strong business and financial acumen,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving,
- A curious mind, and a positive attitude.
