The Senior Manager – SAP Basis and Security will lead a team of SAP Basis and SAP Security Analysts, composed of both internal and external resources (AMS and project-based). As part of Agropur’s SAP migration journey, this person will ensure a smooth technical transition by guaranteeing system availability and performance through strong technical and leadership skills.

  • Salary scale Grade 007: $111,300 to $139,100 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)

What This Role Is About

  • Lead a team of SAP Basis and SAP Security Analysts
  • Mentor team members and Agropur colleagues in their SAP transition
  • Oversee SAP system configuration and maintenance
  • Ensure system performance and propose proactive improvements and sustainability plans
  • Ensure the effectiveness of system monitoring strategies
  • Coordinate with SAP RISE, AMS, and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement SAP security policies
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of architecture and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What You Need To Join Our Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP Basis teams
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Technical expertise in: SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP BTP, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual in French and English to collaborate across the organization
