This is you:

  • Experienced Senior National Account Manager with at least 5-8 years’ experience working with leading retailers across instore and on-line channels
  • Experience of managing Top3 customers within previous categories
  • Passionate about consumer goods and helping brands to grow profitably
  • Dynamic personality, with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Incredibly proactive in seeking growth opportunities across in-store and on-line
  • You excel at building great relationships internally and externally and can engage across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent listening, communicating, and negotiating skills
  • Able to define and execute strategy plans to key business stakeholders
  • Structured by nature in all thing’s ‘work’
  • Adept at managing all the required business processes to be a highly successful and respected National Account Manager – you take control and ‘own’ the whole process
  • Experienced with managing sales forecasts, at revenue and SKU level per customer
  • You’re ambitious to work in a dynamic, international evolving business - where you can make a noticeable difference
  • A true team player - you put the customer, the company, and the team ahead of your own goals
  • Keep going attitude, until the last opportunity is unlocked – not a quitter
  • A healthy lifestyle and interest in cooking and food

This is what we are looking for:

Ambitious, driven Senior National Account Manager who will lead the growth of our national and regional department store channel maximising opportunities for our brands plus developing several new strategically important customers to the UK business.

You will maintain and strengthen our trade relationships, improve range, and brand representation in-store and drive our on-line digital presence, delivering category leading service whilst tackling the following main responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for setting the strategy and defining the tactical execution to deliver your budget and associated KPI’s for a vitally important part of our business.
  • Establish and build customer specific sales and marketing plans that you believe will deliver.
  • Negotiate product ranges, pricing, and promotions with each customer
  • Build and own customer forecasts at brand and SKU level interacting with supply chain management to ensure sufficient stock to deliver your plan.
  • Make use of all the different marketing tools to drive consumer engagement.
  • Identify new product, range, and brand opportunities across your customer portfolio, prioritising these with our product development team and constructing an active pipeline of customer specific NPD launches.
  • Develop JBP’s with all your customers including regular follow-up business reviews.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for each customer and be in full control of your budget versus sales plan.
  • Graduate calibre with excellent communication skills able to manage and interact across a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.
