Senior Physical Security Application Support

Overview
  • EIAM teams are responsible for end to end services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve security access to Mastercard systems and applications.
  • The Physical Access Application team is responsible to provide customer support for new cutting edge technologies specific to authentication & authorization physical security access systems, network video recording and visitor management systems throughout the enterprise.
  • This role is responsible for the customer support of physical security access services in the Europe region, including but not limited to, successful completion of system validation post migration to new badging platform, CCTV management, continued quality support on the platform to manage BAU operations.

Role
  • Act as a functional lead to manage and provide application support and validation for physical access solution driven from customer requirements.
  • Work with other platform teams and external suppliers to consistently deliver on physical access objectives or requirements
  • Document validation artifacts related to the followed process.
  • Test solutions, new updates, and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Complete site specific project work including existing system migrations, office relocations and new office deployments
  • Oversees and provides technical support to peers
  • Support research new methodologies for continuous improvement of security best practices in the access management space

All About You
  • Intermediate skills in Corporate Security (Information, Physical Security or both)
  • Intermediate skills in network security fundamentals
  • Solid hands on experience with physical security systems (such as Honeywell- Pro-watch, Pro-watch VMS/Maxpro, Guest Management Systems etc.) is a plus
  • Must have fundamental understanding of physical access processes and procedures, including reviewing floor plans and design
  • Intermediate experience with managing vendors
  • Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor peers and guide less experienced team members
