Senior Product Owner Squad IAM Services (Identity & Access Management Cluster) Mission context Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cluster is dedicated to deliver a comprehensive suite of services aimed at securely managing access rights to applications and resources, thereby minimizing security risks and ensuring the integrity of our systems. Our mission is to provide tailored solutions and services that cater to the access management needs of the client’s entities, aligning with the organization’s overall security strategy.

To achieve this mission, our IAM Cluster focuses on the following key objectives:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust access management solutions, governance frameworks, and processes that meet the evolving needs of the entities
• Providing expert access management services that ensure seamless and secure access to applications and resources
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of our access management services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize performance"

The Cluster is organized into three specialized squads, established in 2024, each with a distinct yet complementary focus area:

• IAM Services Squad: Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities that support the Cluster’s mission, including: + Managing and fulfilling daily requests from stakeholders + Conducting regular controls and audits to ensure compliance and security + Providing timely and effective client support to address queries and concerns + Performing other operational tasks that enable the Cluster to deliver its services
• IAM Project Squad: Focused on driving change and innovation through project-based initiatives, including: + Designing and implementing new IAM solutions and services + Evolving existing processes and systems to meet emerging business needs + Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities + Delivering projects that enhance the Cluster’s capabilities and services
• IAM Technology Squad: Responsible for maintaining and supporting the evolution of IAM tools and technologies, including: + Ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IAM systems + Identifying and implementing new technologies and features to enhance IAM capabilities + Collaborating with the IAM Services and Project squads to ensure seamless integration of new technologies + Providing technical expertise and support to the Cluster and its stakeholders

Function description As Product Owner of the IAM Services Squad, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining effective access management services
• Providing access management services to stakeholders
• Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our access management services
• Support the execution of controls

As Product Owner of the IAM Services Squad, you will work closely with stakeholders, peers, and the IAM Cluster to determine and prioritize requirements, and drive the Squad towards Agile way of working. Required experience/knowledge At least 5 years of relevant experience Technical experiencemandatory - Good knowledge of security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control) - Good knowledge of Rallypreferable Familiar with Garancy, Sailpoint and CyberArk Business experiencemandatory

Soft skills To succeed in this role, you will need:

The Squad being very recent, extensive experience in Agile leadership is required:

• Coaching the Squad in adopting Agile methodologies and principles
• Facilitating collaboration and communication within the Squad and with stakeholders
• Prioritizing and refining the backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Support the Scrum Master ensuring the Squad is working efficiently and effectively, and identifying areas for improvement
• Set clear objectives together with the squad members and support them during execution
• Ensures the work is properly defined and the squad members understand what needs to be done
