Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior recruitment professional to join us in supporting the recruitment needs of our prestigious client Alcon - remote work is possible.

You’ll be an integral part of an international team spread across EMEA and take full responsibility for the recruitment process of Alcon in Belgium including sourcing, screening, candidate management and work closely with stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on talent attraction and diversity
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
  • Create and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
  • Advise Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
  • Actively source candidates, build candidate talent pools and be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
  • Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting
Skills & Experience
  • Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency
  • Competent in the full recruitment lifecycle, including stakeholder and candidate management and working with internal HR
  • Be an ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.) and ability to interpret data and reporting
  • Capable to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-moving environment whilst striving for process innovation and high-performance working
  • Ability to deliver autonomously but demonstrates team working capability also
