We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our fantastic team in our great Antwerp store. We are looking for a free-thinking, passionate individual who will deliver a unique, excellent customer experience and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager.

The main tasks include:

  • Achieving your own sales targets and motivating the team to achieve theirs.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Follow all store procedures, e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock taking, replenishment, etc.
  • Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment.
  • Handle transactions in accordance with operating procedures.
  • Handle more complex customer inquiries.
  • Assist the management team in coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team.
  • Act as key holder and assume responsibility for the store for short periods in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager.
  • Any other reasonable duty as instructed by the store management team.


Essential requirements are:

  • Similar experience, especially with a fashion/lifestyle brand, is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of customer service.
  • Sales oriented – goal oriented and able to help the team achieve store objectives.
  • Managing and leading a team.
  • Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
