LEDR Executive Solutions is an executive consultancy specialized in finding executive profiles for international companies. It is one of the four brands part of the FSM Group, an international leading recruitment consultancy with many office in Europe. We are currently searching for a Senior Sales Advisor with already some experince in the field of recruitment or sales, for our office in Brussels.

Description

  • You will be responsible to fill the open positions in our clients’ companies with the best executive profiles
  • You will have to find solutions for our clients and our candidates in order to close the hiring process
  • You will have to negotiate, convince and sellour service to both parties
  • Build up a new client portfolio in order to increase your connections

Profiles

  • You have at least 2 years of experiencein sales or recruitment
  • You havea positive mindsetand what drives you is your constant motivation & determinationto be succesfull
  • You speak fluent English
  • Dutch and/or French is a great asset
