We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team and work with our clients on creating exceptional user experiences for their customers.

What are your responsibilities?

As a UI Designer, you will bring your creative expertise and attention to detail to collaborate with webmasters, UX designers, product managers, copywriters, and fellow UI designers. You will:

  • Work with data analysts and insights teams to evaluate the impact of UI design and usability changes across platforms.
  • Release high-quality, timely deliverables, confidently backing your design decisions with data and user insights.
  • Use existing guidelines as a framework, innovating and evolving designs to enhance user experience.
  • Work on websites, applications, and more, across sectors like B2B, B2C, retail, life, and health.
  • Develop and prototype end-to-end user journeys to support user testing.
  • Co-create branding components such as icons and illustrations to align with existing brand assets.
  • Incorporate technical and business requirements to ensure intuitive, responsive designs.
  • Share your deliverables with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 5 years as a UI Designer, with strong expertise in responsive design and mobile UI.
  • Proficiency in design, prototyping, and collaborative tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InVision, and Sketch; knowledge of HTML5 is a strong plus.
  • Native Dutch, Native French, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and an eye for detail, with the ability to take a "helicopter view" to maintain consistent design across all touchpoints.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of working under minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and user-centric, with a passion for leveraging insights to drive impactful design decisions.
