Are you a born planner with a technical mindset and strong organizational skills?

Eco-Vision Is Looking For a Service Planner Who Will Act As The Key Link Between Our Technicians, Customers, And The Organization. As a Service Planner, You’ll Be The First Point Of Contact For Customers With Technical Questions Or Service Needs. You’ll Coordinate The Entire Service Process From A To Z

  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Planning and following up on technicians (6 in total across 2 locations)
  • Ensuring the right materials are available for the technicians
  • Managing the invoicing of work orders
  • Regular on-site visits to assess customer needs

Locations: You’ll be based in either Waregem or As, with regular presence at the other site.

Profile

  • You have technical knowledge
  • You can accurately interpret technical photos and situations provided by customers
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, coordinating role
  • You work in a solution-oriented, organized, and customer-focused manner
  • You have strong people skills
  • Affinity with water treatment is a must
